Herb...she is on her way now.
The issue was the fuel pump. We got it running Sunday about 2:00pm on the current pump with hopes she could make it back if she didn't shut the engine off. She drove about 20 miles and the car quit, this time while she was driving. She had it towed to my garage contact and they replaced the pump (installed a BMW OEM part) this morning. Hopefully, she gets back safe and sound. Don Whitmore |
