I believe that it was named " Limelighter " and it was owned and raced by Greg Murnane of St. Paul. It was light green with a black vinyl top. The other two stick cars were hard runners too. I talked to the dark green car's owner at Red River Valley Dragways ( Sabin, MN ) in the day and he mentioned that it was purchased and set up at Royal Pontiac in Royal Oak, MI. I remember that he put away a hemi plymouth for top stock on that Sunday. I hope to chase this down and hopefully figure out who owned those good running 67 Goats. By the way Moose, nice shot of the old Minnesota Dragways. I found that one and many other photos from there in my search to run this down. Thanks to all the posters on the thread.

It looks like Greg Murnane was killed in an aircraft accident at Shale mountain on December 30, 1982. Evidently he was an A&P mechanic and pilot instructor.
