My point was that they are surely not going to finish the 2012's this year.
So many that put up their money didn't get to receive let alone race their cars in the current year.

And now, they have announced the building of 2013's.

Well, you can't fault them for trying. There's a Cobra Jet sitting here in my local showroom for about 4 months now because they want $110k for it. I'd bet they'll finish them before March of next year and immediately start on the '13's. They'll probably increase their workforce as well to get them out quicker.

Maybe obama motors took the "you didn't build that" to heart and didn't build them? LOL

Yea, OK.
Supposed to know what they're doing.

If you don't know, 2012's don't count for Manufacturer's Cup points in 2013.

Maybe a poor choice of builders?

I have yet to hear a complaint about the "build" of them from an owner, so I don't know what you are basing that on. Sorry they can't pop out 8-second racecars like a Pez dispenser to satisfy haters like you. I'm guessing that the first batch took an extra long time to make sure that everything was done just right, who knows. I'm just happy that the big-3 are all out there at the racetrack.

Obviously, you don't know me or my years of involvement with Super Stock and the manufacturers, so comments of a "hater" are simply ridiculous!

I have been involved with and built racecars from all 3 manufacturers, and I too am glad to see them all involved.

I'll take your comments as coming from a keyboard wannabe racer who doesn't understand the sport or comittment and leave it at that.

Any further comments can be addressed to me at my shop -- not hard to find me.

Joel is actually a pretty cool dude. He comes to all the LTX Shootouts and has a pretty fast F-Body. He is also pretty good at putting a cold Michelob Ultra in your hand! I would suggest that he is very enthusiastic about the COPOs and doesn't really know the history of many people that post on this forum.

Maybe if we work on him we can convince him to convert that car of his to a Super Stocker!

My apologies! I'm not a wannabe though, far from it. I'm not going to be building or racing a SS car anytime soon, just come in here to shoot the breeze.
