IHRA changes Summit TOC rules

Every year the IHRA changes and tweaks the rules/layout to try and address the concerns/complaints of racers and maybe increase car counts. Unfortunetly, the racers who come up with complaints/excuses will not attend anyway.

Regardless of any and all changes the best racers find a way to win. I plan on supporting the races as much as possible (superrod,stock,superstock,quickrod) for 2013. Good luck and Happy New year!
