James, I have the same combo you have 84 Camaro 305/Stick. I use Wes Collins in Lincoln, Neb. He does good work with the stainless headers. I choose the Tri-y header and it was worth .12 on my combo. I'm sure there is more, that increase is with the same tune-up as the conventional header I had. The Tri-y likes more fuel. Wes Collins cell # 402-438-0430. Tell him Reggie gave you his number.
