check the axle housing to verify that it is, in fact, straight and true. this must be toe-in and camber. a lot of cars have bent housing and the driver does not realize it. especially 12 bolts, as they are weak, being three piece units. even when welding the tubes to the center, they bend. I just checked a 9" Ford and it was out almost 3/8" toe and a little less than 1`/4" camber. makes you wonder.
