During a rain delay at the local races, a young racer joining in a bull session with a bunch of racers while sitting in my R/V, and said in all seriousness :

" Yep, I've been working on my car hard lately, It'll REALLY run the number now.........................
......( a much lower tone ).....................I just don't always know what the number is "

After our laughter, we helped him realize thats the whole game.
