On this I have to agree with Bruce. Take action against them for losing what you trusted them to handle on your behalf. Taking a photo was a smart move on your part.

Gary-- you might try talking to Jeg-- a while back R&L was an associate sponsor for them he might have some contact that can help you--regards Dick Ullrich
