(2) 727-904 Transmissions LOST at R&L Carriers

After talking with R & L Carriers again today, they "feel" certain that the other person did not receive my shipment. They are back to looking on docks and inside parked trailers that store unclaimed freight. Pretty much the same story over and over. I really appreciate all of the feedback and private messages. Here is a question.....Would there be possible protection under the Carmack Amendment (even though I did not insure the freight)?
