Well we got the new headers built and on the car(uncoated). What adifferance they make in the sound of the car. I can't wait until Fridays T&T before the PRO AM to see how it runs. See you there.

Well I ran the car with the new headers on it this weekend. As you may know I'm a .90 guy and the results where inconclusive. I ran it off the off on the first run but it wasn't a good clean run and went 10.32 128mph. That seemed a little slow but the mph seemed pretty good for the weather. On the stop it seemed to take quit a bet more to slow the car to 10.90 and it still went 128. I felt like with the weather correction numbers for the weekend it would of run 126 or so in the past? We'll see. I know this isn't the .90 form but you guys seem to respond more . Thanks Robbie. Now to put the disc brakes on. Anyone want to guest what the car will go after that? I'm going from 4 wheel drum to 4 wheel disc.

BTW, if you didn't put on merge collectors contact Mark Lelchook for a set of his, you will not be disappointed.

I do'nt think it will be a100lbs but it could be 40 or 50 lbs with half of that being rotating weight (the rear brakes) I have weight at the rear bumper so thats where I'll add this (2800 min). We have a standard collector on it now, a merge collector is in the plans.I'm also going to raise the front of the car about 1 1/2 " this should make it almost level. I'm hoping the front brakes and raising the front of the car will help the car come out of the lights quicker. Now I have to get the header headers off and to the coater. Robbie
