Randy Shepard wins with his A/S Camaro over Gene Mosbek's Max Wedge. Great race! $1700 to Win and $850 R/U with a $100 entry.

Get this, round 2 losers got $75. Another race on Sunday- same payout.

I was there, but, do to breakage in the 2nd time trial, I was un able to particpate. , Failed rear suspension, that's racing.

Hats off to the associations and the track for putting a good program together! The weather was excellent on Sat! The track was well prepped and HOOKED! (see above sentence) I know racers from Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisonsin and Minnesota participated.

One of the new Camaro's was there as were at least two Dodge Dragpaks. I did not see a new Cobrajet but the older ones were well represented.

Congratulations to Randy Sheppard on the Saturday win, and Gene Mosbek on his runner up! Job well done!
