No, it is usually not released until December, I think.

Usually around the Vegas Divisional in November it comes out. All depends on if there was a lot of changes to the dates. The National Schedule came out so quick because all they really did was move Topeka. If the divisional schedule has a lot of changes you may not see it till December.
