Wow! Another A/Stick and A/SA Challenge in the books!

I just want to start out saying thank you to all Competitors, Supporters, and Fans!

As I have said before, this works because so many people take a positive approach to help make it happen!

I get to stand up front and talk about it, but there are so many behind the scenes that make this wonderful grass roots driven recognition program thrive!
Class Racing is NOT DEAD! It lives in our Hearts and really shines at Indy!

Jeff Teuton really setnthe bar high this year with such a great party to allow us all to gather and recognize racers!

I will say that the attendance was great! We also had some great snacks and beer! Not sure where Jeff found the Texas Sized Pizzas. I mean, he is from Louisiana and we were in Indiana! Plenty of cold beverages were at hand also!

I can tell you honestly, this is getting big enough, that I can see why Jeff has a social director! I may have to bring my own in next year to keep track of everything! That is a goodproblem to haveBTW!

In fact, the winner of A/Stick, Kevin Helms, received over 4,000 in cash and prizes, Chris Mattingly received over 2,000 in cash and prizes!
Luke Ubelhor was runner up in his DragPak and Steve Novasel was runner up in A/SA with his COPO!

I will be posting pictures and do my best to summarize the story, so stay tuned!

Reigning 2 Time Champion Caleb McFarland presented the AStick Trophy to the Freshly Crowned AStick Champion, Kevin Helms. Kevin bought Caleb a beer! Caleb's 21st Birthday at Indy!

Chris Mattingly accepts some more of that Teuton Cash along with a load of Gift Certificates over 2,000. Chris' able crew chief, Kevin, looks on.

Patsy Hill explains to Chris about the proper serving etiquette for Kentucky's finest!

Luke Ubelhor did himself proud by earning a hard fought runner up position at Indy! Not only did he win a ticket to teardown, he got over 300 in certificates from the Challenge!

Steve Novasel accepted his runner up accolades for A/SA!

Stickshift Dynasty! Brett and Caleb McFarland have owned AStick at Indy lately, netting three AStick Challenge Races! Watch out for next year! Team McFarland is already on the job!

A couple of National event winner chat eye to eye. ( ok, Kev is standing in the trailer) LOL.

Caleb reminded Jeff that he had put a bounty of 100 dollars on him. Kevin took out Caleb in class, awarding him the bucks!

Jeff's wallet was flapping like a screen door in a wind storm!

Jeff, thank you Sir for your generosity and hospitality!

Jeff awarded 100 dollars to the quickest qualifying Hemi that was built before I was born! (1966).
Colorado racer Steve Hagberg won! His race car was "barn fresh" well Indy teardown barn anyway!
