I need to learn how to get engines to do that,everyone comes in my shop are lazy and just sit there until i do all the work.

That's an MG engine, had 3 MG Midgets.

Looks pretty simple to me, for someone who is "Supposed To Be A Mechanic", it shouldn't take very long at all.
