I remember Tim McDonald, Alan Marsh, Ronnie Trafenstedt, Joe Winblad and the Ault & James Vettes from the Springnationals in the 70's when I was a kid.

Thought I would treat the Corvette lovers here on CR wit a few photos...there's more where these came from if you want to see them?
Notice how tied down the front end travel is on these cars, especially the Turner car. That must have been a pretty hard landing ![]() Been a long long time since I've seen folks watching Sportsman cars like they are here. Not even Indy was attended this well. I wonder if all these Corvettes came back, would the fans follow them! ![]() |
