The whole thing is a joke no matter which side your on....

I dislike points systems....period....It always leaves room for "issues" to develop like is being talked about right here...

Wanna make it right......

Go back to the old days......Race for the title...
One race made up of Division Champions and maybe a couple more positions from each division....

Make it somewhere that is fair for everyone to get to and not in November so weather is not such a big issue......

Winner is the champ and subject to a teardown....

You win your division or are a high finisher......your in the race for the National title......You win that race your the Champ.....Just like the All Star race.....or even the Bracket series race......Division winners race for the National Title....

The secret to a championship is to turn three rounds into one. Racing is assuredly a mystifying sport. It would seem that if a person has run correctly a thousand time, he should be able to duplicate the performance at will but such is certainly not the case in our sport. Maybe Jok is onto something here. Claude Ruel p.s. I'm out

What goes on in Vegas, STAYS IN VEGAS!

Congrats to the champ. I don't know him but I've commented on here before that Camaro is a bit chin ride!

I in no way was saying she didn't deserve to be there, I was in fact saying exactly the opposite.. I loved it! I know exactly where shes at and still wish we could get faster than we are!! it was awesome and just goes to prove when its your turn to win no matter how much "luck" you can build for yourself there is always the person with a horseshoe up their a** whose gonna have a better day...

IHRA does exactly this. Look at the support it receives.

Lambeck's car was hurt

They are friends and consummate racers

As a professional courtesy since the race was over Lambeck and he agreed - why race

If Lambeck did not show up for final round he would not get runner-up (money) -- ask Ken Etter about that from last week in Las Vegas

Not just my HO

Well doesn't everyone just feel silly now. The drama was entertaining though.
