Joe, This sounds like no fun at all, normally I would suggest a good cigar and a klondike bar or three, but i guess that may feel good, but will not be a cure all.
The only thing I know is that back injuries do respond well to bed rest, so even though you may want to move around and do some stuff, don't ,,,, for awhile rest up my friend Dave
