If its got a sturdy place you can get a strap around it to lift it. Call around to towing companies and find one with a truck with a boom and lifting straps. Most companies that deal with big trucks have them for turning trucks back over. Have them pick it up (high enough to get it in the trailer) with the boom and winch cables. Then back the tractor trailer up till it until its inside the trailer and set it down. Usually costs me about 65 bucks to load and unload heavy equipment this way. For 2000 lbs you probably can do it with a med duty truck instead of a big truck wrecker. If your only option is a big truck wrecker dont bother. It will cost more than you paid for the mill.
