Pages 48 and 49 the previous discussions here about changing valve spring rules were a reaction to the now reversed camshaft rule change. A spring change was never officially in print, just bantered about here and thru e mails to Mike B at IHRA........ So I guess that closes Pandora's Box lol.........

So, there are no valve spring rules in print...only cam spec's.
