A lot of good choices for tires. I have heard good things about most brands. I use MTs for a stickshift application. Check the rollout to see how they fit in the rpm range you are shooting for also. Radials are regarded as being fasternthan bias ply for automatics, and there are some that are lighter than others. I think you need to research your combo a bit before deciding.
By the way, Larry Hodge has LOT OF EXPERIENCE with stock superstock and offers Hoosier and MT. He can ship anywhere.

Goodyear, 100+ runs on my car and over half of the check hole left. The rubber does not stick to the car as bad as the others. I'll bet you will like them!

Keith Osborne is the Hoosier dealer who comes to all the NHRA divisionals. He should be in SGMP but I was told that they are also considering attending the IHRA Nitro Jam/Divisional in Bradenton.
But contacting Hoosier South should provide a dealer closest to you. http://www.hoosiertire.com/dist/disthtsrd.htm

The 30x9 Hoosier should fit but that will depend on the housing length / ends and backspace of your wheels. If not the 29.5 should work. The problem is the bottom of the back of the wheel opening if it was left stock.
27 in. tire on the front is about the biggest and will rub on a hard turn toward the back on the inside.
