My car had already quit running by the time I got it to 1000 ft., so it didn't matter much if I dumped or not!

Hey Jeff, If I was as fast as you, I would protect my HP with my life....if that means dumping at 1,000 or brakes at 1100', then so be it.....IMO, never think that you are so quick that you can give something up......others will get faster (hopefully me)...

Hey nothing wrong with making them run faster, it's just a matter of getting what you got to work together, some of the parts in my ride are 20 years old but there was a certain chevy II that made me go to work.Even when I didn't race for eight years I may not have been working on the car but my head had the gears turning so you can't get complacent or you will get behind. But I hate to lift!
