Hats off to this 2 guys they get what class racing is all about. Letting them rip, wish others would race this way no 1000ft agreements.

I totally agree. Let the cars run what they do and let the chips fall where they do. Hope to see you at Pacific for the combo races this year. I believe there are 4 scheduled.

Regarding the Lynn/Oliver matchup for class , I agree with James Boyce and his post ; however, there are horsepower consequences awaiting the 79 , 305 on Monday !

Well it has been a busy day of racing and watching! Everything is going smoothly here. It sprinkled just a bit, but not enough to stop the racing. Lots of redlights in the 2nd round. Don't know what happened except it was a lot cloudier, so maybe that was it.
The rigs are pulling out fast and furiously! I guess trying to beat the rain. The CIC race is supposed to be tomorrow, but it doesn't look like there is going to be anyone left to run it! On the no shows this morning, I think most of them were due to breakage. Although 1 of the designated pairs did not show up on time and was not allowed to run. Many thanks to Jimmy Hidalgo for the great crawfish he cooked last night. And then today, there was some really good jambalaya in his pits! Thanks again. I think Cooter is still in in Stock and Super stock. |

Mmmmm crawfish!
My racing partner is from Slidell, LA and taught me how to eat them. Suck the head. If you don't, you aren't eatin' it right. Thanks for the updates! Jeff ![]() |

I think that was the point of the post. They made no deals run hard to the finish line.
