I understand that this deal is a "Work in Progress", but why are they excluding, by the weight breaks mentioned, the smaller cubic inch versions from the Manufactures. For example the CJ 352 and the Mopar 360, not sure of the Copo situation.

If you had the minimum weight at 3050 lbs in FS/B for smaller cubic inch combo's, it would allow the smaller cubic inch motor to be able to run FS.

Why eliminate them by putting the mimimum at 3250 up to 400 cubic inch???
