Those are two well flogged combinations, that put you in competitive classes. Perhaps the highest concentration of stick cars are found in F, G, and H. A relatively competitive used engine will probably be $10K, figure $15K new. If you want to be better than average, figure on spending more. I don't know where you are located, but here in Division 2 and Division 3, it is not uncommon to see 3 or more cars in those classes in 64 car field, in fact, when we ran G/S, there were 3 of us in the class on a regular basis just at the local combo races.
