I know it's off topic, but I really need to sell these two homes..and I am sure there are others out there in the same boat, but I figured I'd give this a shot here.
House #1: Mt. Laurel NJ: 900 sq foot rancher sitting on slightly over 1/3 of an acre. Move in condition, fully renovated 2 years ago with new carpets, drywall, roof, appliances, paved circular driveway, well, screen doors, front door, one window, kitchen cabs, and a host of other stuff. Oil heat. 2 good size bedrooms and one small (9X7) bedroom. Each room has a closet. Stand up shower, and all appliances including dishwasher/dryer/washer are all included. Above ground newer oil tank is also included. Plenty of room to park a trailer, RV, or several vehicles. There is also room to expand the house or to build a garage. Taxes are $2200 a year...which is unbelieveable for Mt. Laurel, let alone anywhere in NJ. House is currently listed with a realtor, but goes off listing in one week. Will be for sale by owner at that time. Current listing is at $183K...will lower to $178K as soon as it's off listing as of next week. House #2: Howell, NJ: 1100 sq foot rancher in a development, Windmill Club. Two large bedrooms, one and half baths, large living room, and oversized 1 car attached garage. All new carpets, paint, windows, and central heat/AC unit in the last two years. All appliances included including dishwasher, gas dryer, fridge, electric range, etc. Association mows lawn, takes care of exterior of house, and plows the drives. You take care of the inside of the house. This house is currently for sale by owner, and is priced at $230K. Both houses are available NOW. We are paying a small commission to realtors that bring buyers, so if you are a realtor, we will take care of you for your efforts. Once again, I know this if off topic, but like many other people out there, we'd really like to sell these two homes so we can get our lives back instead of paying 3 mortgages, only have one. I feel these houses are very fairly priced, and you can get financing for what you would pay in rent in either one of these towns.
