It is a vacuum secondary 770cfm "Avenger" series street carburetor. MB.

The # 80770-1
770 CFM Street Avenger, Electric Choke, Vacuum Secondaries, It looks like the 45r-312 is the part # for the boosters.

Lots of people are having problems with those Avenger carbs. If yours is flaking up and coming apart, call Holley and give them the date code. They have been replacing the ones from the bad batch of cores that they know are out there.
