Empire Dragway STK/SS Combo August 16th 2014

The Can-Am Stock/Superstock series will be at Empire Dragway August 16th for a combo race. Any racer with a legal NHRA or IHRA Stock or Super Stock car in the area please feel free to join us. You do not have to be a member of our series to attend. $100 dollar entry fee and 100% payback to the racer. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Coming from Ct., what time do gates open?

Saturday Note: Gates Open for Everyone at 12 Noon
Time Trials Begin at 1:00 PM
Racing Starts at 5:00 PM

For anyone wanting to know who hasn't raced with us before we sign up and draw the ladder at my trailer. You will see the can-am banner. You pay to race there and after time trials we gather and do a draw with numbers stamped on washers to set the ladder. Coin flip for lane choice. Pretty basic...we are just there to race and have a good time. Hope to see everyone there!

are there scheduled times for qualifiers on saturday...if so does anybody know when they are?

Need to know when to be there saturday, can't seem to find a posted schedule anywhere. Anybody know anything?

Says gates open at 12pm, qualifying at 1pm and racing starts at 5pm. Just so everyone knows we usually have 2 time hits and then meet at my trailer to draw for ladder positions. If we can sneek a third hit in i will let everyone know when they come to buy a tech card which will happen at my trailer as well. Look for the CanAm sign on the back of my trailer.

Thank's to everyone involved in putting on this race, Even though we didn't get to finish the race I had a good time,made new friends and saw some old ones. great organization and a nice track. Maybe if the stars align I can attend again. Lee
