Ok it is raining again here. Just came back from the barn Gullet was almost all back togeather. Got to meet Ken in the staging lanes for SS class had the in car camera in his hand and went in Troys wagon for first round of class so every body in the northwest the last 4 weekends that saw his wheel stands get ready. Thanks Ken. Oh yea Troy won that round. When we got back to the trailer found out he got an invite to the barn. So a busy day Tomarrow with Storms in a heads up and Troy in the barn.

They probably got the call because the cars are unfamiliar in that side of the country

Jim, glad you are having a good time. I guess when they say go, you go. Like Dion said, when the cars are unknown they might get sent to the barn. I am sure the cars will pass the barn just fine.

Bob did pass just fine! They are cranked up and back in their pit!

So we are now officially the #1 Qualifier at the 60th US Nationals!!
Passed teardown and got the trophy!

I love the picture of the tech official sort of standing INSIDE Larry's engine bay. I can remember the days when there was lots of room in the engine compartment. You couldn't do that now unless there was no engine in it.
Congratulations Larry and Patsy on a great goal accomplished.

Ummm, I don't know. Maybe seeing a 1966 Malibu wagon from Federal Way, Washington drag it's bumper through first gear and run 0.9 something under index tweaks the curiosity of those tech types... We're a bit spoiled out here.

Just saw Jim's post. Troy is one of the farthest traveled racers at Indy and deserves the big win.
