If the PAC guy had given me the choice, I would have bought direct. It would have saved me a day. I like Ken a lot (motorsports unlimited). I am glad he was able to help you out in a timely manner. I am sorry that someone here told you to go elsewhere. How long ago was this? We just hired a new guy a couple months ago.
