Dan,
If the bad heim doesn't fix it check the axles for runout. I had a drivers side axle bent that caused a bad vibration in the Mustang. Changed alot of stuff before I found it. Chucked both axles up in a lathe and could see it before I put the dial indicator on it. Good luck.
