Ron, SS/B, C and D had the same Index for stick and auto. So no advantage either way there. The difference comes in the 'slower' classes. .15 in I-IA, .20 in J, .25 in K.
Same with GT, the farther down you go, the more disparity. .10 in A, .15 in E, .25 in I and J.
