What year and engine? On my page for the 68 Ford, the accepted Canfield and AFR heads are listed by number at the bottom and Edelbrock by name only. Across the top the Edelbrock head numbers are entered in small type like they were an afterthought or correction.
Are they highlighted in yellow? They do that with changes. Dale |

Good for everyone. Sponsors can get involved. Racers can get new easier to find parts. Only problem is an image thing for the "way it was" starting with all original parts. Spectators can identify the brands and support the makers of the parts..

I see that listing now. Lots of good stuff to stick on a SBC.

I did a search on all these numbers and found nothing other than 608879 part number. But that number isn't listed with the last digit of 9. When are they (Edelbrock) going to make them?

Called and found out 283 not approved to use aftermarket heads. The only head I could find(like Ernie stated) is a 1.94 valve 185cc head. That wont work anyway for a 283 without a ton of work. I was told the other 3 not available yet.

Based on the code used on the stock car classification guide, only engines with "$" (might be a sub section symbol) under the CID can run the newly listed heads. Seems to start with 327s.
