Tucson: This may have been posted and I missed it, but 2 cars in S/S, no winner listed. Did they run it? Did they cancel? A tough situation for the Association, but potentially a lot of effort and expense for the racers to attend as well.

IHRA and SIR did an outstanding job with this race. Track was great,pits were well maintained. Plenty of track time. They never once complained about the lack of cars.
The tech guys even thanked me for fixing my trans so there would be 2 cars at the starting line for the final. Best paying first round lose I ever had. Those who chose not to attend missed a great time. |

I couldn't agree more with you Mike, and thus I thank you for reminding me of the race after Pomona filled up. Now instead of waiting three months from my last race until the divisional the end of this month, it will be less than 3wks from my last race to my next. The extra seat time and exposure will be a big help as I chase D7 Stock Eliminator points this year....
