The improper stemware was a stemless wine glass! So I got the stems out again!!
They have called super street up for a 9 am start. We are next. It is 60 already, going up to 80 later with blue skies. We start out against 3 time world champ Kevin Helms this morning, so wish us luck! Oh, I met James Williamson yesterday evening. Nice guy. This is his first NHRA race. So welcome. A little story--He drove all Friday night getting here, then made the first qualifying run. He was so tired he took a nap and missed the second session!! But he is on the sheets and that's all it takes! (He told me I could tell on him!) More later!! |
