Happy Retirement : Dale & Kathy Findell!

Tomorrow (2/27), my parents Dale & Kathy Findell will retire together from Ameriprise Financial. My mother started her career at the original company (IDS) in 1972 (I was born in '75) and survived thru every name / logo change for 42 years. My brother who works with them stated she was in the top 10 in seniority. I'm guessing they have a few employees...

My Father Dale was lucky enough to gain employment at Ameriprise approximately 10 years ago to reach his final goal after many career challenges.(never heard him bitch...) He had many challenges along his path and overcame everyone of them.

As I've stated a few times, the American Workforce is losing 2 of the best tomorrow. These two have been able to carpool as long as I can remember. 50+ Miles one way / an hour on a sunny day from the Country to Downtown Minneapolis (up to 2+ hrs when it snow a bit.... ) I can't remember when they didn't go to work...

We hope with all our hearts that they are able to do what they want to do. They give Kari & I inspiration on a daily basis.
