How many quarts does a new tranny and convertor hold with a stock pan?

The transmission holds 4 quarts with a stock pan. The converter capacity varies depending upon the size, but an 10-inch unit holds 3 additional quarts.

I believe with everything fresh it typically took around 6 quarts with a stock pan. This depends on if the convertor is completely full too. If the convertor is new. I would say put 5 quarts then check it
