Yes i was just trying to make it manual shift,I am pretty sure there is something wrong with it,Gonna try another trans thanks!

So what was the final determination? Can you make an Eshift trans shift manually ? and if so How?

If you apply 12v to the solenoids (I would use 12v ignition so the solenoids aren't always open) it will work manually.

I think the problem with mine is that it was never going in to low gear
