Apparently Div7 has more than 1 rule book !!!

It depends on your last name..AND If you happen to be sponsoring a race at that particular track: A year or so ago (my memory forgets the EXACT Race) Mr Biondo had the same thing happen Nada came of it, The VERY Next event a racer had the same thing happened (Mr McGann) and got DQed. BOTH races were in Division 7. Some people just get "its Ok"
I also saw the same thing on Ustream. a BLATANT infraction!
in my opinion Mr Williams got robbed.
