This reporter was too busy today racing to keep everyone up to date. I have more photos to post - but that will have to wait till tomorrow - I'm tired.

A few pictures to post. #1 Qualifier in SS Jim Evanuik in his very unique Cleveland powered Escort Coupe. Jim just reset the GT/A record at Atco. Jim has been racing Fords for a long time and his engine shop puts out a number of winning circle track engine too.

Another one of the Milan Dragway Stock -SS alumni Dan Olding. Back in the day Dan ran a very cool 62 Impala SS/MA. His Monte Carlo is super clean.

Sorry for the wrong info but the blown-up motor turned out to be an exhaust rocker arm off on the '62 G.P. It sure sounded like a rod, but started it up and everything is fine so far.Bob Michael

I can understand you being a bit skittish about this, after what happened at The Northern Class Nationals.
So, I can stop looking for 389 blocks or 400's with no wear, for now?

The entire Sunday race program is on YouTube - 11 hours of it.

Here is the link.

S/S round #1 starts about 2:05

Stock Eliminator round #2 can be found at about 3:46
