What radial tire do you think for my Super 10?

*GT/TC about 3200 pounds with driver
* 6.0 rear gear, Powerglide, 1.98 low, 6500 + flash converter
* 327/300/285 expecting 580 or so horse
* 8200 - 8300 shift and finish line RPM
* expected ET 10.30 range

I think they are talking 9" Stocker tires. My car's weight, etc, is not real different from yours. I have run all three. 13" X 31" radials. MT have been fastest on mine. Tested all three, same day. Goodyear hooked just as hard, but we're a consistent .04 slower, most of it in 330'. I attributed that to the Goodyears being 5lbs each heavier. 5 lbs on a 31" circle makes more difference than on something like a crankshaft. These MTs never go away. I run them until no wear holes, or I start to feel guilty about their age. LOL

I'm running the 29/9 Mickey Thompson radial I put them on in March. currently have over a 100 passes the n them. It's a P/SA Cutlass

There is a difference!!! We still have not been paid by M/T for our win. In addition there is only one tire now that pays for class win ---- Goodyears from now on for us.

I was referring to the 9" mt on higher hp cars. All tires will go more runs on lower hp cars. Also, they tend to be not as sensitive to tire selection.
