I'm sure most of you know the Stock final from Bristol was to be run here. They just ran, Dan Fletcher gets the win over Michael Brand. Dan was .017 on the tree and .002 over his dial, to Michael's .033 and breaking out by.055.

Had a busy morning. DQ'd first pass in Stock with a bad batch of fuel (from off-site), but got that squared away for Q2. The starter on the Volare vegan acting a little funny on the last run last week. We planned on changing it tonight, but it had other plans. The last time it started was to make the Q1 run, and then the solenoid gave up completely on top end. Thanks to the guys that pushed me to the scales. Terry and Dusty were kind enough to change the starter while I made Q2 in the Dart Sport.

Q2 in Super Stock, I was in the pair following John D's unfortunate boomer. Several different starting line crew came by now and then asking if I wanted to be pusged back. "Nah, I've got Mickey Thompsons!" After the cleanup, I fired it up, dropped it into gear, and actually had to tap the throttle -- the car was stuck to the track! LOL

No burnout, the car left like a rocket, and the 60' moved .001. :-) Yo Ken got it on the Go Pro, so look for the in car video later tonight.
