on a 1998 Camaro , is there someone who can revalve the shocks , they are Strange single adjustable , but they don't seem to adjust , too stiff. Mike

Shocks are out and they are adjusting 90/10 etc. I have PeteZ bars, aftermarket torque rod and pinion angle is 2 degrees down. Why won't this car wheelie? I had the same engine trans converter in my other car and it was awesome .. Anyone help?
