Default Re: thank you mike beard

Watched the Brainerd event on ESPN3, turned it on just in time for the track prep for the finals, got to watch Stock & SS. I noticed the stands were rather sparse, the wind was blowing hard and everyone was wearing jackets.

Seems to me that a class racer would prefer the Class Nats over Brainerd, other than the individuals that are close to MN. I wonder what the spectator count was.

But, it is the same old story. Bitch, bitch, bitch, complain, complain, complain. When someone tries to benefit the racer by putting on a perfect class race, here comes the whiners and bashers.

I am currently parked to get things in order, but if I were able, I would have been to Michaels race in a heartbeat. It is better than most national events NHRA has. I guess that chasing those elusive points and huge payouts are more lucrative.

Oh, I forgot about those who protect their combos so dear to their heart. Playing the NHRA AHFS 1,000 ft game. Too bad you didn't go to OH.

Wasn't there, but thank you Michael and Nitro Joe and all the people that put their heart into making the race an opportunity for class racing.
