I can remember when a racer didn't receive the little points for an out of division race. In this case 84 points vs 80 sure made a big difference .Anyways, Team Port a tree is all in as I just noticed that Allison is entered for the Finals. Best of luck young lady.

Maybe someone could step up for Justin and give him a ride at the divisional race, let them fight out to the end!

Is it worth the expense $$$ to travel from Mass to Vegas. I'm sure the entire trip will cost more than winning a division championship. I just look at things differently I guess.

Sometimes it's not about the expense, but the once in a lifetime opportunity.

well said George. if you are in this for money, you should be doing something else. the purse is just there to make it hurt a little less.

I guess it's all about means. In 2006 I was second in Stock points in IHRA. I was 30 points behind and my choice was to go to Rockingham and/or the track in South Carolina. I didn't have the means ($$) to make the trip so I sat it out. Wond out I would have needed 50 points (after two other racers moved up in points). It was still possible, but I decided to let it go and settled for fourth. I think it would be great if Justin was given the chance to go for it.
