People watched his video, and still sent heads to him? And, what other shop wants paid for labor up front?

Ed,
There is another that is known to be the best with a specific Ford engine and porting, that has taken people's money and parts only to have wound up in jail and not returned countless phone calls and emails. So I would not say that Sizemore or this guy are known class racer porting shops. If someone does not have the funds to take on a project and bill as the job progresses that is a red flag on their business financial well being in my opinion.
