Ohio Valley Racers party

The final Ohio Valley Racers party was attended by over 100 guests last night in Louisville, Ky. This party was a first class gala event that was started by the late Aaron Alvey and his wife Susan. The date in January was always the perfect time after the holidays had passed to get together and do a little bench racing. Over the years a lot of out of towners would come for the weekend get a way. I would like to Thank Matt Alvey and his entire family for this wonderful event. Over the years Amy Nicewanger,Cori Wilkes, DeDe Layer and Charlotte Dona worked behind the scenes to make this party a huge success. Thank You Ladies !! Numerous volunteers would also help. Thank You. This party saw the evolution of a young Alex Owens grow into a 21 year old man. Alex, Thank You for all your pictures and work you do for all the racers. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. THANKS for the MEMORIES !!
