The early Stage 5 head 4286526 and the later Stage five 4529992 both carry the 2.08 1.74 valve package but I don't see either listed in the NHRA specs. The only head of interest is the 4532287. Believe it was a replacement head somewhere along the line and NHRA only accepts it for Super Stock, not Stock which makes me think it might be worth a look. Whatever advantage it holds to disallow it in Stock may wash out when subjected to a good Super Stock port job.
Racing next year?

Stewart, Yes i'm planning on racing, I believe we've got my med problems taken care of ! I'm just installing a new engine in the SS/CA car, and my C/SA RR is set to go! Jeff from MCH told me about the Stage 5 being legal in SS,only with the 2.08 in & 1.74 ex . What ever happened with the Hemi project you were working on?
