R.I.P. Alex. Prayers sent to your whole family in this time of mourning.
I spoke to Alex as his U.S. Class Nationals approached as I am a big fan of this style racing. He was very encouraging to me and I am just a fan not a class racer. He was one of those special people. God Bless Chris O'Keefe I am going to dig out my vcr tape and player and watch it again. |

A few years ago, I was looking for some awards for our S/SS event out here.
Alex writes me and says, Hey I want to post a pair of racing shocks for the winner. I said, gee, I hope I can get you some business way out here. He says, don't worry about it ,I just want to help you out.. He'd write me once in a while and ask about some vintage transmission he was involved with. He told me he figured I was one of the guys who might still know about this stuff. I told him I wasn't really THAT old ,but thanks. R.I.P, my friend
