Machine shop said that they didnt do that anymore. New eagle crank and no more problem. Sounds crazy but everything else in motor was exactly the same.

Its a BRC 4340 3.48 crank.
Its not cross drilled.
It seems like the answer is:
Std pressure pump.
A well thought out windage tray / pump baffle.
Reduce vac pump vac level.
and for me anyway , adding an accumulator just because.
I'm pretty sure the first 2 are the "focal point" for any good SS engine.
