Sounds like a lot of fun. A few things:
1. A good rev limiter. No sense taking out the engine if something else lets go. 2.Rob Youngblood on the clutch. He's the go-to guy for this stuff. 3.Build it right from the start with good parts. That rule always applies. 4.if a 4 speed was so easy, there would be more of them. Nothing like them, however. 5.Yes, a stick car can be consistent. That's where experience counts. Have fun with your new project! |

Want to know what to do in clutch racing talk to Brad Zaskowski end of story. Hell tell you about clutches too. The good ones and BAD ones to use. I used to have a BAD one until Brad showed me the light!

Cooter ya got me there. I thought late 80's was LT1. Oh well. You know I've been wanting to go class racing lately. Sounds like it's finally gonna happen thank God! I've been leaning towards the Pancho anyway. Anyone got named "Western Swing"? Lol.

Tried getting in touch with Brad on Facebook but no luck. I imagine the guy is pretty dang busy as it is. He seems to drive kinda like I do, but minus the delay box and powerglide. Lol. If anyone knows how to get in touch with him that'd be great.
